Join us on Thursday 9/19 in celebration of “Hispanic Heritage Month” for a series of Dale Talks co-hosted by Miami Art Hang and LALO tequila. This inspiring series of panel discussions celebrate Miami’s Latinx community and their rich and vibrant contributions to our local arts scene. They take place every Thursday at Dale Zine.
We start on Thursday 9/19 with a discussion on Latinx Art in Miami featuring:
*Aurelio Aguiló, Gallery Director at homework gallery.
*Edison Peñafiel, visual artist whose installations amplify the voices of marginalized communities.
*Carolina Drake, art journalist +writer who advocates for Latinx artists of color.
*Diana Eusebio, textile artist based in Miami whose artistic practice is centered on color and its cultural significance.
Starting at 6pm we welcome you to sip and shop to the tunes of Dale Zine Radio. Our discussion begins no later than 7:15 and will be moderated by the amazing Veronica Pesantes, founder of Miami Art Hang.
Each week we welcome guest speakers to share their stories and first hand experiences navigating the world of Fashion, Art, Music, and Print Media. Join our conversation afterwards in Q&A and fresh poured cocktails compliments of LALO Tequila.
