Our very own Michael Schwartz, one of the country’s most formidable farm-to-table chefs, has partnered with SOBEWFF to curate a hyper-local walkaround brunch spotlighting our community of farmers. At this first-time SOBEWFF® event, it’s the farmers who’ll take center stage, working alongside an A-list lineup of chefs whose mission-driven approach to cooking places sustainability and regenerative farming front and center. Together, they’ll collaborate on a bountiful menu of brunch fare that puts fresh local produce and other products to fantastic use.
